MyGroove, the Music based App from Red Bull, is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager (M/F/d). Take the lead in successfully planing, developing and bringing to life our launch campaigns including: content, digital marketing, PR and offline media. You’ll be accountable for ensuring that all stakeholders are briefed on their related activities and responsible to ensure that plans are executed effectively and consistently across all channels. You need to be a clear communicator, strong collaborator & able to manage complex projects from conception through execution to analysis and reporting. **Marketing Strategy**:
Work with C-Level and Product Lead to define & execute the marketing strategy for the MyGroove Launch in Q2 2023

Prepare the MyGroove Launch Campaigns on all media channels

Ensure all Campaigns fit with the central strategies and brand guidelines.

**Marketing Project Execution**:
Ensure goals, scope, budgets, and timelines are aligned with relevant stakeholders and clearly communicated

Manage the marketing budget, following internal requirements and guidelines.

Analyse and communicate marketing performance using analytical insights to create actionable strategies to support customer growth and engagement.

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise**:

- Master’s degree in marketing, digital marketing, internet marketing or related field
- Strong marketing experience, ideally focused on Subscription business or in launching an App
- Experience in and understanding of the entertainment industry, preferably within Music.
- Experience in planning, booking and analysing effective media plans
- Strong analytical skills with specific knowledge of key marketing measures and experience of how to use data to tell compelling business stories
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with internal and external cross-functional teams
- Independent and able to thrive under pressure within a fast paced working environment.
- Strategic thinker and pragmatic executor, able to shift from big picture to detail quickly.
- Highly organised and detailed approach, especially to budget management.
- Native in German, full professional fluency in English.
