In your new job you will:
- Drive, define and ensure execution of the **product roadmap**:
- **Act as **project owner of R&D projects **and orchestrate marketing efforts and deliverables (business case development, requirements gathering ) during the development project milestones**:
- **Manage and develop a **business strategy for the product portfolio, **including **value proposition **building, development/management of **leading customer opportunities **, **positioning **and initial **pricing**:
- **Develop novel market spaces **for the product line (e.g. the motor drives market)**:
- **Collaborate with technical marketing, R&D, quality, operations **and **worldwide sales **, leading cross functional and cross divisional efforts**:
- **Analyze the market **to gain an extensive understanding of the business environment and drive competitor analyses**:
- **Develop sales collateral and training, orchestrate **product launches **and **evangelize product families **to wide internal and external audiences**:
- **Represent the Product Line **to internal and external partners worldwide**
As Product Marketing Manager, you have technical know-how as well as marketing knowledge. You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, together with the entrepreneurial drive and interpersonal ability to develop networks and profitable business. You communicate well to all levels in the organization and to customers, showing a sound ability to articulate and explain clearly difficult concepts. You have a strategic mindset, you can deal with complexity and you know how to prioritize and compromise. You have the leadership skills to steer projects, make decisions, also in uncertain situations, and bring forward your ideas into the organization. As a strong team player, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams with multicultural backgrounds.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A **university master degree in electrical or electronic engineering, microelectronics, or economics**:
- **Experience in a **semiconductor **or electrical system manufacturing company with knowledge of the **power semiconductor market **as a strong advantage**:
- **A successful track record for achieving sustainable results in dynamic markets, from business idea through execution to revenue, with experience in **R&D project management **as a plus**:
- **International **relationship skills, strong partner/customer orientation and willingness to travel**:
- **Fluent spoken and written **English **with German skills or the willingness to learn as a plus**
