The Master Data Planner is responsible within the Supply Chain for assisting in the gathering in-house and customer product specifications from sales, purchasing, operation and technical services for the purpose of new product set-up, as well as follows up with product changes. This position is also responsible to ensure the total integration of production information into the ERP systems.

Located in Vienna, Austria. German & English business proficiency required, other languages are a plus

**Specifically**:

- capturing and maintaining all master data in the ERP-system
- measuring and weighing the finished products
- recording all components
- updating the prices in the system
- internal exchange with supply planners and product developers
- preparing all master data and transmitting the information to international clients for NPDs/color changes
- article maintenance in the customers´ data pool

**Profile**
- Education: University or Professional degree or equivalent on the job training
- Customer Care & Logistics, you have a minimum of 3 years of experience, ideally in FMCG
- Experienced in ERP Implementation, Master data management
- You have a perfect command of MS Office and a professional level of oral and written English
- You are rigorous, accurate, dynamic and very well organized
