We are looking for a Marketing Manager Area Europe to support Marketing strategies and initiatives in the countries of the Area Europe. The key focus in this role as functional lead of the country Marketing managers is to jointly design and implement both strategic and operational activities that drive sales for the company and secure targeted communication, brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Key responsibilities include:_
- ** driving country Marketing Strategy and activities** jointly with country Marketing - integrating both online and offline channels
- independently **managing and coordinating Marketing projects** (eg. growth of e-commerce channel, product introductions)
- acting as a **sparring partner** to countries in the conception and implementation of Marketing campaigns
- proactively **supporting** as well as **up-skilling country Marketing colleagues in digital marketing topics**:

- proactively **sharing best practices** with countries and other stakeholders
- driving the** roll-out of new products into the markets**:

- supporting the **design and development** **of localized Sales & Marketing** **collaterals**:

- supporting and coordinating of Corporate Marketing initiatives and campaigns in the countries
- actively ensuring compliance to Doka brand guidelines in all Marketing activities
- supporting the development of internal Marketing standards and processes

**Qualifications**:

- university degree in Marketing, Communications or related fields
- min. 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in a similar industry
- knowledge/experience regarding paid campaigns (Google Ads, Social Media Ads)
- Adobe InDesign or Photoshop knowledge will be an advantage
- hands-on mentality, solution-oriented approach and ability to work in an international team
- proven presentation skills
- excellent written and spoken English skills, knowledge of German and other European languages will be an advantage
- travel requirements will vary between 20-30 % of working time
- remote work after onboarding phase up to a certain extend in agreement with the leader

**Additional Information**:
For this position, a salary in line with the market is offered, which is based on the specific qualification and adequate professional experience. The minimum annual gross salary for this position is EUR 39.101,16 according to the collective agreement (woodworking industry) in Austria, located in Amstetten.
