**Project Overview**:
Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy.

Pluto Train 2 will process Scarborough gas and have an LNG capacity of ~5 million tonnes per annum. As part of the construction of Pluto Train 2, additional domestic gas infrastructure will be installed to increase capacity to ~225 Terajoules per day.

Woodside Energy has selected Bechtel to deliver the Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning scope of work for Pluto Train 2.

Woodside Energy is Australia's leading natural gas producer, and Bechtel is excited to be working with this key customer to help meet the increasing global demand for LNG as a transitional energy source.

**Position Overview**:
The Interface Manager will implement and manage the Interface Management Plan. This includes informing its requirements and coordinating all internal and external interfaces associated with the

work between Contractor, Customer, Subcontractors, vendors and third parties.

**About the role**:

- Liaison with Customer interface coordinator.
- Early identification of Contractor’s interfaces, as well as cataloguing and regular reviews.
- Conduct complex Interface planning between Construction, Operations and Maintenance and owner construction groups
- Attend the Company’s Daily Conflicts Meeting to identify and resolve conflicts between proposed work scopes, other activities, and the operational status of the PLP over the next 24 hours. Any schedule conflicts or SIMOPs activities must be formally raised, in accordance with the ISSOW
- Procedure, at the Daily Conflicts Meeting
- Responsibility and accountability for interface identification and integration.
- Participate in interface meetings with Customer and Customer other Contractors and Subcontractors, as specified by senior management.
- Provide updates on key interfaces to site management.
- Manage and lead complex technical and construction execution discussions with third parties (customer, licensors, suppliers and regulators) in order to facilitate appropriate technical decisions.
- Working with internal departments, planning teams, end user and other stakeholders to clearly define construction execution methodology
- Resolve outstanding interface issues.
- Review and status of current interfaces.
- Identify any new or emerging interfaces.
- Identify and resolve any issues or concerns arising from interfaces.
- Develop Project interface schedule of activities including review of 120/28 Plan.
- Manning and permit forecast for work within the Operational Areas.
- 120/28 day lookahead of site entry requirements (work hours, entry times and estimated numbers).
- Major SIMOPS conflicts (known or potential to affect the project or production). More frequent SIMOPS reviews associated with individual activities will be undertaken as part of the permitting processes.
- Production Risks (known or potential to affect the project).
- Lessons learned and recommended best practices related to interface management.
- Ensuring that Bechtel and local/national safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied with within assigned area of responsibility.
- Ensures the Zero Accident Philosophy is incorporated into every aspect of construction operation. Actively participates in scheduled safety meetings.
- Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment.
- Ensures the most current design documents are used to complete the work and that all design changes are approved prior to implementation.
- Ensures that all milestone dates are completed as scheduled.
- Ensures that all construction activities meet quality and workmanship standards.
- Ensures required permits are in place prior to the start of the work at site.
