Jr. Business Development Manager

**Your duties & responsibilities**:
As a member of our project team in the world of batteries and e-mobility, you will be the interface between Production, R&D, Business Development and our customers. Within this diverse and international environment, you will experience and contribute to the development and commercialization of products that are uniquely manufactured for customers that can have a battery cell, automotive and/or aerospace background.

Your overall goal will be to push our project timelines and support our business development through analytical and hands-on work that can either be necessary within our Constantia plants or directly at our customers sites. In this role you are directly reporting to the Head of Business Development - E-Mobility / Battery Systems.

**Typical Responsibilities will be**:

- Market Research (incl. product trends, technical developments and competitive intelligence)
- Business Development activities (marketing, customer contact, attendance at trade shows and visits at customers)
- Data structuring of analytical work
- Support of tender preparation (incl. coordination with legal, local plant management and technicians)
- Support of development and procurement tasks (incl. supplier and material evaluation)
- General project management tasks

**Requirements**:
We are looking for a teamplayer with the following qualifications:

- Academic degree in technically oriented studies (Chemistry, Mechanical/Electric Engineering, Physics, Material Science, Packaging Technology etc.)
- Ideally 2 years of first working experience in an industrial environment, e.g. in project management, project engineering or business development
- Good understanding of information management and handling of complex tasks/challenges
- First experience in managing a small project with full responsibility for individual tasks

The minimum annual gross salary according to the applicable collective bargaining agreement would be € 42.255,92 p.a. The actual compensation will be higher depending on the experience and qualifications of the jobholder.
