- Au sein de la Région Alpes Centre Est d'INGEROP, vous serez rattaché(e) à l'agence Vienne. Mondialement connue pour son festival de jazz, la ville et ses environs offrent également une belle campagne qui fait le bonheur des amateurs d'activités de plein air tout en étant à 45 minutes de Lyon.

Le bureau d'étude, situé à 10 min à pied de la gare, est accessible en transports commun (Bus lignes 2 et 6). Une station de vélos en libre-service et un parking public sont également à proximité.

**Description du poste**:
Intégré(e) au Département Infrastructures, votre appuierez les services Infrastructure et Ville et assurerez les missions suivantes:

- Constitution des dossiers de réponses aux appels d'offre administratif et technique ;
- Mise à jour de la base interne de suivi commercial (Salesforce) ;
- Mise à jour des documents utiles aux appels d'offres ;
- Suivi technique des affaires, tenue à jour des chronos, classement informatique et papier ;
- Participation à la facturation sous supervision des chefs de projet ;
- Assistance opérationnelle en phases études et/ou travaux (assistance analyses d'offres, tableaux de suivi,...) ;
- Secrétariat classique : prise de RDV, organisation de réunions & de voyages, courriers ;
- Création et suivi de plannings ou tableaux de bords et mise en place d'alertes ;
- Rédaction et mise en forme de documents, présentations ;
- Prise de notes et rédaction de comptes rendus.

**Qualifications**:
De formation bac +2/3, avec une première expérience réussie en bureau d'études et une connaissance du code des marchés publics, vous faîtes preuve des savoir-être suivants:
