**Sales Strategy Manager Operation - Greater China**:

As Strategy Manager Operations you will be the Chinese language communication backbone from our HQ to our Greater China sales region. As a member of the sales strategy team in our HQ in Austria you will be responsible for expanding our business in Greater China by growing revenues with existing customers and winning new customers in collaboration with the Greater China local sales and operations team. **Your responsibilities**:

- You are the Chinese language communication backbone from our HQ to our Greater China sales region
- Initiate, participate, coordinate and conduct customer or target customer meetings in our HQ by ensuring their perfect organization; definition of follow-up actions for customer acquisition and/or retention
- Independently handle internal inquiries from the Greater China sales force and coordinate between the corporate functions involved; be the link from the local sales force to headquarters; monitor issue resolution process
- Engagement and advancement of relationship with customers and target customers at trade fairs in Europe
- Target customer scouting at trade fairs in Europe
- Facilitate international cooperation (e.g., customer related) activities and coordinate dedicated key accounting managers
- Guide and support the local sales teams in growing the business, winning top customers and supporting existing customers
- Coordinate product localization efforts
- Monitor product success; prepare and support the rollout of new products in Greater China

**Your background**:

- Requires a degree in engineering (preferably in electronics or mechatronics or equivalent discipline)
- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin) and English. German language skills are an advantage
- Affinity for sales and business
- Customer oriented approach, intuitive and fast reacting
- Strong organizational skills - motivating personality acting with confidence in an intercultural environment
- Technical expertise in industrial automation is an advantage
- Experience in a sales or sales supporting function for technical products is an advantage
- Willingness to travel up to the 30%
