Stellenbeschreibung
- In **digitalen **Marketing Projekten bist du Teil eines Teams, das unseren Kunden durch wirkungsvollen Einsatz von Marketing
- und Advertising-Maßnahmen dabei hilft, ein Verhältnis zu deren Kunden aufzubauen und diese zu Fans der Marke zu machen
- Du berätst unsere Kunden zum richtigen Einsatz geeigneter Marketingmaßnahmen und steuerst **Kampagnen **über die gesamte **Customer Journey** hinweg
- Du unterstützt bei der **Strategie
- und Konzeptentwicklung**, beim Auf
- und Ausbau von Communitys, bei der Erstellung von Content-Plänen sowie beim **Performance Monitoring**:

- Die gesammelten Erfahrungen kannst Du einsetzen, um Kunden die **richtigen Aktivitäten** vorzuschlagen, den **Wirkungsgrad der Kampagne** zu verbessern und mit den richtigen Daten und Tools den Erfolg unserer Maßnahmen zu erhöhen
- Du erstellst **Angebote **und **Zeitpläne **und behältst **Produktionspläne**, deren Umsetzung und das **Budget **im Griff
- Die gesammelten Erfahrungen kannst du einsetzen, um Kunden die richtigen Aktivitäten vorzuschlagen, den Wirkungsgrad der Kampagne zu verbessern und mit den richtigen Daten und Tools den Erfolg unserer Maßnahmen zu erhöhen

Qualifikationen
- ** einschlägige **Berufserfahrung** im daten
- und technologie-basierten Marketing, Marketing Operations oder Performance Marketing wünschenswert
- Erfahrung im Account Management und in der Projektbetreuung
- ** Kenntnisse von Marketing
- oder Social Media Tools**, z.B. Facebook Business Manager, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, Spryker oder andere
- ** Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse**
