Die Rolle

Du gestaltest die zukünftige, strategische Ausrichtung des Rechnungswesens im Rahmen einer Fusion mit und berichtest dabei direkt an den Head of Accounting. Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit unserem Management und den Experten das Rechnungswesen weiter und erarbeitest dabei optimale Ausprägungen aller relevanten Dimensionen (Governance, Organisation, Prozesse, Systeme etc.). Du setzt die entwickelten Konzepte um und erlebst so, wie die erarbeiteten Strategien den geplanten Mehrwert im Unternehmen erfahren. Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst Du eigenständige Arbeitspakete, Projekte
- und Aufgabenbereiche im Rechnungswesen.

Deine Skills
- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaft oder der Wirtschafts
- Informatik, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Finanz
- und Rechnungswesen
- Du hast mindestens 4 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung gesammelt
- Du überzeugst durch deine hohe Zahlenaffinität und verstehst End to End Prozesse (R2R, P2P, O2C)
- Du bist technisch affin im Umgang mit Finanzsystemen, Migration und Implementierung
- Du bist gut darin, aktiv Entscheidungen basierend auf deinem Fachwissen zu treffen
- Du hast eine selbstständige, genaue und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
- Du bestichst durch starke, analytische Fähigkeiten und arbeitest lösungsorientiert
- Du verstehst es, komplexe Sachverhalte anschaulich darzustellen und zu präsentieren
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englisch
- kenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position bieten wir dir ein Mindestgehalt von € 68.600;
- brutto pro Jahr mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung.
