Starting with October 1st 2023, Erste Group offers the next Group Graduate Programme. In 18 months we give a number of bright and highly skilled university graduates the opportunity to discover the world of our banking group. One trainee will be based in the department Group Information and Cyber Security. Book Risk Management. This department has overall responsibility for managing and improving Information and Cyber Security Governance and maturity across all entities in Erste Group. It is a diverse team composed by multiple nationalities, with distinct backgrounds, genders and generations.

**Your Tasks**:

- Close alignment with Erste Group entities in CEE and their local cyber and information security experts
- Support in preparation of regular updates about plans and progress from a position of knowledge within the individually assigned & prioritized topics
- Provide input for the creation and adaption of the Group security Strategy and support in alignment process with all relevant stakeholders within the group
- Monitor and analyze relevant cyber security regulatory and industry specific requirements/regulations
- Define and manage implementation of group wide information and cyber security policies and procedures
- Support definition of metrics and KPIs, as well as enforcement of it and qualified reporting across CEE entities
- Support the completeness of cyber and information security risk assessments, and execution of group wide security compliance assessments
- Support business with security gap analyses and security documentation in projects

**Your Background**:

- A university degree (min. Bachelor, preferably Master degree) with focus on finance as an advantage
- IT related education / background (e.g. computer science, communication engineering) OR Specific Information / IT Security education preferably
- Ideally rough overview on banking-industry trends & developments
- Basic organisational and project management skills
- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Profound English skills mandatory, German & CEE-languages are an advantage
