Company Description

As a Senior UI Designer, you will be responsible for the visual and interactive design of user-centric products and services. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces that meet the needs of our users.

We are looking for an experienced UI Designer who can use our existing design system to create intuitive, visually appealing user interfaces with consistent and engaging user experiences. You understand design systems in all its facets, including color palettes, typography, icons, components and interactions and you contribute to further developing and improving of the design system.

**Job Description**:

- Develop information architectures, create wireframes and prototypes to continuously improve the user experience.
- Contribute to evolving and improving our design system by soliciting feedback, contributing new ideas, and suggesting new components or interactions where appropriate to enhance and enrich the system.
- Assist with user research to validate what advancements our product teams need.
- Prepare usability tests to validate and optimize the effectiveness of your designs, using UX metrics and data analytics to make data-driven decisions.
- Work closely with various product teams and other relevant stakeholders to ensure that our UX strategy is effectively executed.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in UI design
- Strong understanding of user experience design principles and best practices
- Proven ability to design and implement innovative and user-friendly interfaces
- Solid experience developing and working with design systems
- Excellent design and visual communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
