RISER is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Social Media Intern to join our team. In this role, you will have the exciting opportunity to contribute to our dynamic platform's growth and engage with a global community of motorcyclists. As a Marketing & Social Media Intern, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and providing essential support in digital marketing efforts. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in the world of digital marketing and social media within the context of a rapidly growing tech company. Part-time of 12 hours per week, in the company's office in Vienna, Austria.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Social Media Management**:
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for RISER's social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, X (former Twitter), and more).
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media to maintain a positive and interactive community.
- Develop and execute creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, and user acquisition.
- Analyze social media data and insights to optimize content strategy and track performance metrics.
**2. Content Creation**:
- Collaborate with the content team to produce visually appealing and informative posts, including images, videos, and written content.
- Monitor
- Help create and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
**3. Digital Marketing Support**:
- Assist in and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
**4. Community Engagement**:
- Actively engage with the RISER community, fostering relationships and gathering user-generated content.
- Support the organization of virtual and physical events related to motorcycling and the RISER platform.
**5. Research and Trends**:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape to provide insights and recommendations for marketing strategies.

**Qualifications**:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Passion for motorcycles and an understanding of the motorcycling community is a plus.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate engaging and innovative content.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Enthusiasm for learning and adapting to new challenges.
