In unserer Global Customer Service Organisation vergeben wir für die Dauer von 9 Monaten ab Q1 2023 eine Position als **Internship Project Management Assistant (m/w/d)** im Bereich Global Customer Service - Project Management Office
- 9 Monate Teilzeit (mind. 20h), Standort Wien / Millennium Tower_

**Deine Aufgaben**
- Leitung von Projekten des europäischen Project Management Office im Bereich Medication Safety und Automation
- Implementierung der Produkte BD Cato, Pyxis und Infusion Connectivity bei internationalen Kunden
- Administrative Aufgaben
- Dokumentation & Erstellung von Dokumenten bzw. Anleitungen

**Dein Profil**
- (Abgeschlossenes) Studium an einer Universität oder Fachhochschule
- im Bereich Medizintechnik / Naturwissenschaften oder
- im Bereich IT/Technik mit Affinität für den Gesundheitsbereich
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten (mit einem internationalem/interkulturellem Team)
- Hervorragende Organisationsfähigkeiten und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Kreatives „out-of-the-box” Denken
- Hoher Kollaborations
- & Team
- spirit sowie positives Auftreten
- Genaue, strukturierte und pro-aktive Arbeitsweise
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- State-of-the-art computer skills
- Freude und Interesse an innovativen Technologien im medizinischen und/oder pharmazeutischen Bereich

Wir sind auf Wachstumskurs und rekrutieren laufend neue Mitarbeiter am Standort Wien / Millennium Tower, u.a. in den obigen Bereichen. Nach Ablauf des befristeten Vertrags, besteht die Möglichkeit auf Verlängerung und Übernahme als unbefristete Vollzeit
- oder auch Teilzeit-Kraft (mind. 20h).
