Role Overview

Under the supervision of the Manager of Training Delivery & Facilitation, the Collision Instructor (EU) improves collision repairs and Fix It Right First Time performance through the effective delivery of performance-based technical training courses. These courses are delivered via web-based training, virtual training, and instructor-led training.

You exhibit a can-do attitude to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with key stakeholders to improve technicians’ skills, Fix It Right First Time, reduce warranty cost, and increase customer satisfaction. **Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and maintain the Fisker vehicle fleet at the Training Center or the collision repair location.- Promote a safe learning environment using best practices and procedures.- Maintain the inventory, control, usage of all training resources to include tools, vehicles, and equipment.Basic Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required.- Instructor experience required.- Automotive Technology degree preferred.- I-CAR certification preferred.- Must have a strong working knowledge and experience with the delivery of performance-based technical training curriculum.- Working knowledge of dealership service operations with technician work experience preferred.- Fluent spoken and written English, additional language is a plus.- Extremely organized and detail oriented.- ASE Collision Repair & Refinish Certification (B2-B5) preferred.- Ability to successfully deliver professional collision training courses with moderate levels of complexity.- Ability to independently analyze highly complex vehicle systems and diagnostics, and deliver complex training courses utilizing highly effective adult learning principals and performance-based training strategies that serve as a model for others to follow.- Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook.- Must be willing to travel both domestically, as well as internationally, as required.- Must be willing to work overtime and weekends as needed.- Exposed to service workshop environment that requires lifting moderate weights, standing for long hours, wearing personal protective equipment, etc.
