What You'll Do

Als Visiting Associate (VA) bei BCG bist du Teil eines starken, interdisziplinären Projektteams und übernimmst Verantwortung ab dem ersten Tag. Du erlebst hautnah den Alltag eines BCG-Consultants für acht bis zwölf Wochen. Denn in der Group bist du kein:e einfache:r Praktikant:in, sondern unterstützt von der ersten Sekunde an ein reales Projekt bei unseren Kund:innen und bist Berater:in auf Zeit.

Du kannst dich ganzjährig für unser allgemeines Praktikumsprogramm als Visiting Associate bewerben. Daneben bieten wir mit unserem Female Intensiveship ein spezielles Praktikumsprogramm für Frauen an. Wenn du dich für die Themen Klima und Nachhaltigkeit begeisterst, ist unser Climateship das Richtige für dich.
- Du erarbeitest in multidisziplinären Teams innovative Lösungen für unsere Kund:innen aus diversen Industrien
- Du analysierst Daten, formulierst Hypothesen und leitest konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
- Du kommunizierst mit Stakeholder:innen, präsentierst Projektergebnisse und treibst die Umsetzung voran
- Du verantwortest eigene Aufgabenpakete und trägst so zum Gesamterfolg des Projekts bei

What You'll Bring
- Bachelorstudiengang ab dem dritten Semester, Diplom
- und Magisterstudiengang im Hauptstudium, Master
- oder Promotionsstudiengang oder erste Berufserfahrung (jeweils alle Fachrichtungen willkommen)
- Erste praktische sowie internationale Erfahrungen
- Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Du fühlst dich wohl in einem dynamischen, internationalen Umfeld
- Ausgezeichnete mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch

Deshalb hast du Gelegenheit, vor deinem Start an einem zweitägigen Training teilzunehmen, und erhältst Zugriff auf unsere Online-Learning-Plattform. Außerdem wird dir ein lokaler BCG-Buddy zur Seite gestellt, der dich während deines Praktikums eng begleitet. Am Ende des Praktikums hast du bei entsprechender Eignung die Möglichkeit, in unser Bindungsprogramm FAST FORWARD aufgenommen zu werden, was unter anderem mit einem Angebot für deinen festen Einstieg in die Group einhergeht.
