Bechtel Energy has an immediate opportunity for a Post Weld Heat Treat Coordinator to be based on-site at Pluto Train 2, Karratha.

Pluto Train 2 is the expansion of a second LNG train at the existing Pluto LNG onshore facility near Karratha in Western Australia run by Woodside Energy. **What you will bring**:
The Post Weld Heat Treat Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Lead Field Welding Engineer in the implementation and maintenance of the direct hire Pre/PWHT work activities and supporting the site welding program.

This includes, but is not limited to:

- Provide technical assistance to field welding engineers, discipline superintendents and craftsmen regarding Pre/PWHT, Welding and NDE.
- Provide specialized engineering support to ensure construction meets all code and site requirements.
- Implementation of the project ES&H program and quality control program.
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of direct hire Pre/PWHT program.
- Perform inspections and documentation of all Pre/PWHT activities in progress on a continuing basis.

**About you**:
To be successful in your new role, you will develop knowledge and understanding of Bechtel's SWPP 4MP-T81-03701 Welding Program, 03708 Pre/Post Weld Heat Treatment and 03705 Welding & NDE Documentation.

You must be able to take and pass NDE Level II VT certifications, additional NDE Certs are preferred PT, MT and LT(Vac Box) certifications.

Have significant experience performing Pre and Post Weld Heat Treatment.
