**Salzburg. Full time**
**Be integral to every team**:
At KISKA, we are known for our ‘go-getter’ attitude. We love to collaborate with brands from every corner of the globe - which often means we need to send our creatives to new locations and welcome regular visitors to our studio. We need a magician behind the scenes to coordinate our travel plans. You will have a unique position within our studio, as you’ll have links with every single employee, every client, every applicant. You’ll assist our new team members with visa organisation and be a friendly face once they arrive in Salzburg. Jet-set our creatives to talks, conferences, and trade shows anywhere in the world and represent KISKA’s interests in travel agency negotiations. Use your love for organisation to create watertight solutions to travel operations - where budgets are optimised, carbon emissions are reduced, and stress-free journeys are promoted.
**In this role you will**:
- Plan international travelling, visa organisation, travel booking, travel expense accounting and expense controlling for our headquarters in Salzburg and the branch offices in Munich, Shanghai, and Murrieta.
- Induct new employees to the topic of travel management.
- Collaborate with our teams to plan KISKA’s annual events, trade fair visits and conference attendance. Prepare the cost overviews, budget planning, and all travel control.
- Create, revise, and review to ensure compliance with KISKA travel policies and continually optimise travel operations - including cost management and consideration of environmental sustainability.
- Negotiate contracts and partnerships with travel agencies and other service providers.
**We are looking for**:
- A completed education in tourism and / or business.
- You are a skilled negotiator and promote cooperation between yourself, other teams, and external parties.
- Motivated, passionate, and responsible. You push yourself and can utilise working under pressure to produce exceptional results.
- You are characterised by your open and friendly nature. With 29 nationalities in-house, it’s essential you love to get to know new people
- Fluency in English.
