You have several years of experience in SAP development and would like to play a key role in shaping the future in this area at Palfinger? **TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Capacity planning, operational control, allocation of departmental staff to implement RFCs up to productive use
- Support of requirements management in the specification of development and authorization tasks
- Participation in the implementation of requirements
- Escalation management
- creation of guidelines for in-house developments based on SAP and DSAG recommendations and establishment of measures to monitor them
- Planning and implementation of quality improvements for SAP - related developments
- Coordination with other departments and external partners
- Observing the technical development in the SAP environment and pointing out the resulting opportunities for Palfinger
- Leading and motivating your team
- Further development of your team and your employees in technical and personal areas

**QUALIFICATIONS**:

- education in the field of computer science with several years of relevant professional experience
- Several years of experience in the S/4 development
- Experience in SAP projects
- Willingness to take on responsibility and to continuously develop in a dynamic environment
- Intercultural competence as well as learning and communication skills
- Experience in employee management is not a prerequisite, we offer you the opportunity to familiarize yourself with this area with appropriate support

Minimum gross salary according to Austrian metal industry collective agreement is EUR 53.068,12 per year. We are willing to overpay according to training and qualification.
