**Über die Rolle**:
In der Abteilung Tear Down & Fractionation werden durch verschiedene Fällungs
- und Separationsmethoden Zwischenprodukte aus humanem Plasma hergestellt. Als Produktionsmitarbeiter*in verantworten Sie zusammen mit Ihrem Team die fachgerechte Durchführung und Dokumentation sämtlicher anfallenden Arbeiten, überwachen die Produktionsanlagen sowie deren gepflegten Zustand und wahren das Höchstmaß an Arbeitssicherheit (EHS).

- Bedienung von Produktionsanlagen und Anlagengerätschaften
- Vor
- und Nachbereitung der Produktionsprozesse
- Prüfung des Produktionsequipments
- Reinigungstätigkeiten
- GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) gerechte Dokumentation
- Strikte Einhaltung der vorgeschriebenen Bekleidungs
- und Hygienvorschriften
**Dafür bringen Sie mit**:
- Lehrabschluss oder andere abgeschlossene Schulausbildung
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Verständnis für Arbeiten nach Sicherheitsmaßnahmen (EHS), technisches Grundverständnis
- Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Einsatzbereitschaft
- Teamorientierung
- Hohe Lernbereitschaft, mit Komplexität umgehen können
- Flexibilität und Belastbarkeit
- Verständnis für Zusammenhänge in der Produktion
- Arbeitszeiten Mo-So in einem attraktiven Schichtmodell inklusive Nachtschicht - der Schichtplan steht für das gesamte Jahr im Vorhinein fest
