Als Disponent in der Montage koordinieren Sie die Herstellung von Messgeräten, die zentral in Graz für unsere Kunden weltweit gefertigt werden. Dies umfasst den gesamten Prozess von Auftragsannahme, über technische Abklärungen bis hin zur termingerechten Auslieferung. Sie wollen Mitglied unseres Teams werden? **Aufgabenbereich**:

- Auftragsannahme, technische und kaufmännische Abklärungen, Terminverfolgung
- Montageplanung und Kapazitätssteuerung
- Ersatzteilbewirtschaftung
- Durchführung des Kosten-, Qualitäts
- und Termin-Controllings
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Produktion, dem Einkauf und Versand
- Reporting über fakturierte Leistungen und der aktuellen Bestellentwicklung
- Stetige Optimierung und Verbesserung unserer Prozesse

**Anforderungen**:

- Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, HAK, FH) - vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik-Wirtschaft, Maschinenbau-Wirtschaft o.Ä.
- Erste einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Disposition von Vorteil
- SAP Kenntnisse im Bereich der Logistikmodule von Vorteil
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch
- Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Durchsetzungs
- und Durchhaltevermögen
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientiertes Denken
- Proaktive Arbeitsweise mit Hands-On Mentalität

Diese Stelle unterliegt dem Kollektivvertrag für Angestellte im Metallgewerbe. Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt hängt von Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation ab, üblicherweise bewegt es sich für die ausgeschriebene Stelle im Bereich von €3.000,00 bis €3.600,00 (brutto/Monat, ohne Überstunden).
