**Head of Sustainability (m/w/d)**
- Ihre Aufgaben:
- Gesamtverantwortung für die Sustainability Funktion inkl. Steuerung, Weiterentwicklung und Motivation des gesamten Teams
- Identifikation und Strukturierung von kurzfristigen und strategischen Handlungsfeldern sowie Ableitung von Entwicklungspotentialen aus der bestehenden Sustainability Strategie
- Monitoring der Entwicklung rechtlicher Rahmenbedingungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorgaben in Bezug auf sämtliche ESG-Themen der Gruppe
- Aufsetzen der Berichtsstrukturen auf Gruppenebene zur Berichterstattung gemäß ESRS (European Sustainability Reporting Standards)
- Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung der jeweiligen Maßnahmen für eine messbare Verbesserung in den Bewertungskriterien
- Sensibilisierung von internen und externen Stakeholdern für Sustainability Themen (insbes. Mitarbeiter:innen, Kund:innen, Lieferant:innen)
- Förderung einer Kultur der Nachhaltigkeit im gesamten Unternehmen und Etablierung eines gemeinsamen Sustainability Mindsets und Verständnisses innerhalb des Unternehmens
- Initiierung neuer Projekte, vor allem im Bereich Umwelt, Emissionsverringerung, Diversity, u.a.

Ihr Profil:
- Signifikante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Sustainability, sowie fundierte Erfahrung mit sämtlichen regulatorischen Herausforderungen wie Lieferkettengesetzen, CO2 Emissionen, u.a.
- Mehrjährige Führungserfahrung in einem internationalen (Industrie-) Umfeld
- Vorzugsweise technisches Studium, Spezialisierung oder Weiterbildung mit dem Fokus auf Umwelt-, Ressourcen
- oder Nachhaltigkeitsmanagement sind wünschenswert
- Verständnis für wirtschaftliche und politische Entwicklungen und Gesamtzusammenhänge
- Betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln
- Ausgeprägtes Stakeholder Management, insbesondere im Dialog mit den verschiedenen Unternehmensbereichen, sowie zu externen Schnittstellen (Behörden, Verbänden, Geschäftspartner)
- Verhandlungssichere Kenntnisse der deutschen und englischen Sprache
- Reisebereitschaft
- Für diese spannende Herausforderung ist ein Jahresbruttogehalt von ca. € 150.000;
- inkl. variablem Anteil bzw. eine marktkonforme Vergütung in Abhängigkeit Ihres Erfahrungs
