Pdm Lead

**We would like you to**:

- Form a bridge between Volta and our manufacturing partner, Steyr Automotive
- Create relationships on the Styer side in every department that manages our data
- Understand exactly how the data is being managed and to what end
- Document our processes
- Identify any opportunity for improvements to deliver better robustness, less manual manipulation or easier traceability
- Work with Steyr teams to capture their requirements on these and then with the Business Analysis team and PLM and ME teams in Volta to determine

**We would like you to have**:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English + German)
- The ability to describe complex concepts or processes simply and quickly often in two languages in the same meeting
- Experience managing large data sets
- Experience in a production facility, in Automotive or in PDM very beneficial
