**YOUR TASKS**:

- You support the sales team in all matters and represent the interface between customers and internal departments
- Your daily business includes the preparation of offers, orders and invoices
- Furthermore, you prepare relevant documents for customers and suppliers
- You are responsible for several data as wall as the order maintenance in the ERP system
- In addition, you are will organize customer meetings

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- You have a completed commercial education (apprenticeship, HAS, HAK or similar)
- Ideally, you have some work experience in the internal sales department or similar
- Very good IT and good English skills, ERP knowledge is an advantage but not mandatory
- You are motivated, communicative and a team player
- Organizational skills, the ability to work independently and your high level of service orientation are your personal strengths
