In a team of Agile Program Managers, you work closely with product managers, lead product engineers, architects, UX teams and Agile Coaches **maintaining agile values and principles within a fast-growing R&D organization**.
**Your role**
- As **Agile Program Manager**, you will orchestrate the collaboration of product management and engineering for a** customer facing solution **including its associated open source projects
- You will foster the **creation and predictable execution of the roadmap** with special attention to internal and external **dependencies**
- You will support and enable velocity considering team growth in a strategic solution expected to double in team size over the next 12 months-goal 100 people
- You are part of the **solution leadership team** and ensure that you always have up-to-date data to **report to higher management** and **facilitate decision-making**
- Together with Agile Coaches, you will** roll out and scale** agile methods and principles throughout the organization as well as continuously **optimize **them..

**Qualifications**:

- **Several years of professional experience** as an **agile project/program manager**, as a **delivery manager/release train engineer** or **agile coach/scrum master **working with distributed teams (international experience is a plus point)
- **
Experience as a software engineer**, so you can better understand our topics - especially challenges in CD pipelines
- Living and breathing a DevOps culture and experience in the field is preferred
- **
Customer-first mindset **with a good understanding of how to** coordinate tasks in large development teams while ensure customer value and a high quality**:

Strong communication skills**, experience running workshops using various techniques depending on the problem at hand and fun working with people
- Moderate willingness to travel (max. 20%)
- Excellent English skills

Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 60,000 gross per year based on full-time employment (38.5 h/week). We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
