**Description**

We are seeking a dynamic HR Generalist to support our business operations with a strong background in HR processes and payroll with excellent communication skills. Key responsibilities include the facilitation of positive employee relations within the administration by fostering open communication, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with Austrian employment laws. **Job Details**

**Role Specific Responsibilities**:

- Oversee employee relations, addressing concerns and resolving conflicts in a timely manner
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies with labor laws
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Collaborate with and support local payroll provider to ensure seamless integration and delivery of services, fostering strong partnerships and enhancing community engagement
- Monitor HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions
- Develop and implement employee training and development programs to enhance skills and performance
- Facilitate communication between employees and management to foster a positive work environment

**Compliance**:

- Complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies, procedures, and arrangements
- Reports all Health, Safety and Environmental accidents, incidents and near misses promptly
- Acts in a safe and responsible manner at all times
