**Your Opportunity**

As a Performance Marketing Manager you are responsible for **planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns** to drive measurable results and achieve specific business goals. The role involves a combination of analytical skills, creativity, and a deep understanding of **various digital marketing channels**. With a **hands-on mentality** you're **optimizing our PPC campaigns** and you provide profound knowledge in the various digital marketing channels.

**Your Mission**
- You **develop and implement digital marketing strategies** aligned with overall business objectives
- You plan, execute and optimize **performance marketing campaigns** to increase visibility and generate qualified leads
- You **allocate and manage budgets** effectively across different digital channels (e.g., paid search, social media, display advertising) to maximize ROI
- You monitor and adjust budgets based on **campaign performance**:

- You extract actionable **insights from data to optimize campaigns** and improve overall marketing strategy
- You continuously **monitor and analyse competitive activity** to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- You **work closely with the sales team** to ensure marketing activities support sales objectives and continuously share insights
- You do **research and stay up to date** on the latest trends and developments in performance marketing

**Your Skills**
- **Job experience in the digital marketing field of minimum 3 years** with a strong focus on paid search (Google Ads)
- Familiarity with **marketing technology tools and platforms** to automate and streamline processes. Expert knowledge in Google Adwords is preferred.
- Ability to **use tools like Google Analytics, Google Adwords** or other analytics platforms to gather and analyze data.
- Experience in **budget planning and allocation to maximize ROI**:

- **Basic understanding of search engine optimization principles** to ensure synergy with paid search efforts.
- **Clear communication skills** to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and report on campaign performance.
- **Fluent in German and English**

For this position, we offer you a **gross monthly salary starting at EUR 4.000,00 on a full-time basis**. Of course, we take into account your individual qualifications and experience and are willing to pay an **appropriate overpayment**. We will be happy to discuss details in person.
