**Financial Controller (f/m/x)**:
- This position is located in the department Group Planning, Reporting & Analysis, which belongs to the division Group Financial Reporting & Steering (CFO Area). The division ensures a stringent One Finance view on financial performance. This includes actual performance as well as intra-year and short to long-term outlook; uniting views of accounting and controlling and providing clear communication channels to all relevant stakeholders out of Finance with regards to financial performance. This division provides core input for steering decisions of RBI Group.#full-time

**Your role at RBI**:
- You read and interpret financial figures and form an opinion on its developments
- You act as sparring partner within the group budgeting and forecasting process interacting with Network units and Business
- You are interacting with Network units, Business Partners, and other stakeholders within the Group
- You support the lead of the overall budgeting process and improvements
- You prepare specific business analyses that ensure a solid basis for decision making
- You are part of the groupwide finance community and share best practice experience within your peer group, continuous learning is part of your job
***Your core competencies**:
- University degree in Finance or related
- At least 3 years of Banking experience with an understanding of bank steering, finance, and planning processes
- Strong analytical skills
- Pro-activeness, ability to adapt to changing situations easily, eagerness to continuously learn and develop
- Profound communication skills with strength to explain complex topics to group of people with different professional background
- Excellent command of English, German and other languages are a plus
