- Country/Region- Austria- Province/City- Salzburg- Location- Rosewood Schloss Fuschl- Department- Food & Beverage - Services- Job Type- Full-time Permanent- We are looking for a **Director of Sales**, who will be responsible for developing and executing our sales strategy, leading and mentoring the sales department and driving revenue growth.**Job Summary**:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve business goals and drive revenue growth.
- Leading, managing and inspiring the sales team to exceed sales targets.
- Identifying new business opportunities, which expanding the customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Analyzing market trends, competitors activities and customer needs.
- Close collaboration with the marketing department as well as the Director of Sales
- Monitoring and reporting sales perfomance as well as providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Managing the sales budget.

**Required Skills**:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in business related studies.
- Several years of experience in the sales and hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data and market trends which support making decisions.
