Your assignments

**Your tasks**
- Responsible for the operational and financial success of contracts with third parties manufacturing Fresenius biosimilars, Fresenius Biosimilar licensing partners or key suppliers
- Work with Fresenius Kabi SwissBiosim contract manufacturers and other partners to ensure delivery on Fresenius Kabi expectations, achievement of contract deliverables, meeting budget targets, costs savings and capacity management, optimizing value of partnerships
- Establish with Functions KPIs or relevant performance metrics for dashboard
- Lead performance business review of contract manufacturer and other partners
- Monitor and report performance of partners and suppliers in digital database
- Work with Supply Chain, to ensure continuity of product supply and with Quality to support negotiation with manufacturing partner in case of supply issues
- Work with internal stakeholders on contract manufacturing negotiation of commercial conditions and other manufacturing and supply terms
- Coordinate communication between internal and external Functions
- Serve as liaison between Fresenius Kabi and external contract manufacturer network and other partners
- Review actual costs to budget costs and drive and negotiate cost improvement
- Manage issues and drive resolution
- Prepare reporting to management on alliance status and approvals documents for leadership

**Profile**:
**Our expectations**
- Bachelor and/or Master degree in Economics or Science5 years of relevant professional experience in Healthcare Industry, working with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Procurement, Alliance Management, Commercial, R&D, Quality.
- Biologics manufacturing, CMC, Drug Development experience is a plus
- Able to comprehend and interpret technical, business, financial and contractual documents
- Knowledge of GMP practices, industry practices, supply contract obligations
- Ability to develop and manage partnerships and to work across units, functions and multisites
- Analytical/strategic thinking skills and solution oriented
- Project management, negotiation skills
- Excellent communication written and oral skills
- High degree of commitment and capacity to work in an independent way and with multiple functions
- Very good spoken and written knowledge of English and German
- Proficiency with excel, word, power point
- Willingness to travel
