Marketing Creation Specialist: Focus Digital

To strengthen our Marketing Creation team in Bergheim, we are looking for a **Specialist in Digital Content Marketing (f/m/d**) to start immediately.
Within your role you have the great opportunity to create exciting content and creative concepts for topics with strategic implications for our global digital channels. You work closely with the teams of Brand & Identity, Marketing Business Partner, with Regional Marketing and with our Digital Platforms & Activation Team.
**RESPONSIBILTIES**:
- Creative concepts for topics with strategic implications with the opportunity to further strengthen the brand model and the PALFINGER vision on global digital channels
- Content creation and implementation with success control for websites and social media channels. Responsibility for the planning, creation and implementation of content for (hybrid) event experiences.
- Ensure the common thread of core messages and content - especially on the digital channels - to the remaining Palfinger channels and campaigns
- Content responsibility for the rollout of the new digital marketing strategy (Digital Marketing Machine)
- Function as close connection and link between the Digital Marketing and Platforms Team (infrastructure and function) department and the Marketing Creation (content) Team.
**QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Extensive knowledge of online marketing, both websites and social media
- Experience in digital communication and campaign development and its implementation
- Strategic, structured, conceptual way of working
- University degree in (online) marketing and communication or comparable education
- 3-5 years of professional experience in the areas of digital marketing, content marketing or marketing project management
- Fluent English is a must
- Integrated and cross-functional thinking with strong intercultural understanding
- 100% team player with hands-on mentality, open-minded, creative and imaginative personality

According to the law we indicate a minimum gross salary according to the Austrian metal industry collective agreement of EUR 38.682,28. However, we are willing to overpay according to training and qualification to match the needed talent caliber for this demanding role.
