As a Business Analyst (M/F/x), as well as being part of our newly formed agile "CRM Masterdata & Services" team, you will enable our Austrian and international trading companies to gain a 360° view of our customers by bundling all customer-related data. You are the strong IT partner for our trading companies and you will accompany the implementation of new features and systems in the area of customer-related data and customer communication. **IHRE AUFGABEN - VIELSEITIG WIE DER HANDEL**:

- Handling of national and international projects
- Your open communication with our trading companies enables you to find the wishes and needs of our users and you are the connection between our trading companies and the developers
- You accompany the entire process of modern software development, starting with the brainstorming phase, followed by the solution approach, the implementation stage up to the rollout and the support of the system from an organizational point of view
- Furthermore, your tasks include the preparation and implementation of market analyses, as well as taking part in tender meetings to find the best solutions for our product.

**IHR PROFIL - STARK WIE UNSERE MARKEN**:

- You have good IT skills and convince with a relevant education and several years (2-3 years) of professional experience as a business analyst (M/F/x) or in project management
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills
- Experience in agile methods such as Kanban and Scrum is an advantage
- Ideally first experience with JIRA and Confluence
- Self-organized way of working and good communication skills
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
