Ongoing administration and support in development, origination, structuring and execution of tailor-made structural solutions and instruments, mainly Securitization for Erste Group as well as Erste Group’s national and international clients in order to optimize capital, funding and regulatory requirements in a small, highly specialized and very dynamic team.

**Your Tasks**:

- Ongoing administration of securitization transactions for Erste Group and its subsidiaries including ongoing investor and regulatory reporting via Erste Group’s securitization platform
- Coordination and alignment with all involved internal counterparties
- Assist in enhancement of the securitization platform in view of new structures or regulatory requirements
- Support in the set-up of portfolios, models and stress scenarios
- Prepare marketing materials and due diligence packages and support in running roadshows, investor meetings and due diligence meetings
- Support in the coordination, communication and project management functions during the transaction set-up and transaction’s life with all internal (RM, Accounting, Mid-Office, Legal, Reporting) and external counterparties (regulator, investors, auditor, trustee, cash manager, paying agent, joint arranger, legal, rating agencies) involved
- Support in the structuring of transaction based on detailed regulatory know-how identifying the optimal transaction for Erste Group and/or its subsidiaries and clients in terms of tranching, structural features, investor preferences, regulatory requirements

**Your Background**:

- Ideally 2 years of experience in capital markets; thereof preferably also in structured credit, risk management or capital management
- You are highly interested in financial mathematics, credit risk and credit markets, interest and rates and legal (capital markets/banking/tax law)
- Strong analytical thinking
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Strong in team working
- Willing to learn and to develop expert know-how in securitization
- Fluent in German in English
