As a Creative Director, you will lead a small team to develop innovative digital storytelling for the adidas Sports Apps, both in the app and for social channels. You will bridge the gap between marketing stakeholders and creatives to develop best-in-class content that showcases the adidas Running app, meets marketing goals and reinforces our brand attitude: Impossible Is Nothing. As a digital native with an infectious energy, you champion deep creative thinking, driving the team to be bold and push boundaries.
**You’ll contribute by**:
- Developing and driving creative development and concepting in line with the adidas brand and our business goals
- Creating and maintaining the overall creative look and feel for the brand and all content
- Guiding the video content and 2D production process providing thoughtful and constructive feedback throughout every stage
- Understanding how to brief craft specialists (designers, directors and writers) to deliver projects against your creative vision
- Clearly translating the needs and asks between creative and marketing teams as well as other business units
- Directly managing a small team and creatively leading a larger production team
- Understanding the functions, opportunities and production constraints of different content types across different channels
- Working with marketing colleagues to ensure briefs are actionable for creative teams before heading into creative concepting
- Aligning with adidas counterparts to establish closer collaboration, regular exchange, and best practices
**What makes you the right match**:
- 5+ years of experience in Creative Direction and omni-channel asset production, preferably in a creative agency or similar environment
- Preferably, 3+ years of leadership experience
- Deep understanding of what’s trending with our core audiences (female and gen Z athletes)
- Very strong experience and knowledge of film making process, 2D creative development and asset creation
- Proactive attitude and a passion for creativity, with a hands-on approach
- Ability to understand the big picture and anticipate changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Excellent English skills
- Ideally, passion for sports, health and fitness
- Degree in Design, Video Production, or a related field

Our fixed salary for this position starts at EUR 72,042 gross per year (based on a 38.5 hour working week plus all-in component of 15 overtime hours per month).
