**FINANCE MANAGEMENT FOR DISTRIBUTION PARTNERS**

In this role you will support and challenge distribution partner markets in line with our global business objectives. You will help to review current performance, oversee planning and reporting cycles and support the team in all key projects and initiatives.

You will be a business partner for the regional finance manager and field sales team in all their projects and financial support. You help to coordinate the worldwide distribution partner planning and reporting and help to improve business profitability through identifying cost efficiencies and ongoing value chain assessment.

**Qualifications**:
You’re a recent Graduate or you’ll graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree by July 2024.

You’ve gained valuable work experience, ideally in an international context, through internships or beyond and whatever you pursue, it is characterized by passion.

You’re a team player, driven by an entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges.

Fluency in English is required for our HQ Graduate Programme in Austria. For some positions, German language skills are necessary, and additional language skills are always considered as an advantage

**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2,124 gross per month.
