**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Design of wireframes, UI/ UX Designs, prototyping
- Study product and solution and align with Product Manager and developers to identify the requirements of the interfaces to develop
- Work with Business Development and Marketing to reflect the company brand in Slide Decks and on our websites
- Experience to sketch UI prior to development
- Work with technical staff to identify technical requirements
- Uses photographs, drawings, diagrams, animation, and charts that increase users’ understanding
- Tests final UI/UX in a structured way before release (with focus to automation)
- You will support internal marketing with designs for social media content, posts, and any other design artifacts

**Your profile**
- Very good skills in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD
- 3+ years of UI/UX Design, web design experience
- Capability to design new user-facing features
- Strong understanding of UI, cross-browser compatibility, general web functions and standards.
- Very good sense for usability and screen design
- Understanding of product management and life cycle management processes for software products
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools
- You have an eye for the aesthetics of the products to be designed that fit the customers requirements

**Compensation**
Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 44.660,00 gross per year on a full-time basis. However, our compensation is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
