**Dein Beitrag**
In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position arbeitest du als Außendiensttechniker bei einem führenden Unternehmen der Branche und bist Teil eines globalen Teams von Experten, die sich dafür einsetzen, den Service für unsere Kunden zu gewährleisten und weiterzuentwickeln.
- Durchführung von Installationen, Problemdiagnosen und vorbeugender Wartungen
- Einschulung von Neu
- und Bestandskunden in der Nutzung und Wartung unserer Systeme (Hard
- und Software)
- Diagnose von Fehlern oder technischen Problemen und Ermitteln von geeigneten Lösungen
- Entwicklung von Protokollen für unsere Anwendungen
- Dokumentation der durchgeführten Servicetätigkeiten nach Industriestandards
**Dein Profil**

- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung in Mechanik, Optik, Elektronik oder Erfahrung mit analytischen Laborgeräten
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Englisch
- Hohe Reisebereitschaft
- Ausgeprägte analytische und problemlösende Fähigkeiten
- Sehr kundenorientierte Denkweise
