**Workforce Manager (m/w/d)**

Standort: Puch bei Hallein / Salzburg

**Aufgaben als Workforce Manager**
- Eigentverantwortliche Abwicklung Lohnsteuerabfuhr für Eigen
- und Fremdpersonal
- Abwicklung von Entsendeverträge
- Administration von Eigen
- und Fremdpersonal im Headquarter, an Standorten und Baustellen international
- Mitarbeit in der lokalen Umsetzung von Konzernrichtlinien und Compliancevorgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Shared Service Centers und externen Steuerberatern
- Kooperation mit Betriebsräten AT und DE
- Mitarbeit an temporären internen Projekten
- Rechtl. Zusammenhänge WV, Scheinselbstständigkeit (Arbeitsrecht)

**Wir freuen uns auf eine Persönlichkeit mit**
- abgeschlossenem höhere kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Kentnisse im österreichischen und deutschen Arbeits-, Steuer
- und Sozialversicherungsrechts
- Kenntnisse im internationalen Steuerrecht
- Lohnverrechnungs
- und Lohnsteuererfahrung
- Aufgrund der Internationalität sind sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse Voraussetzung
- starker Motivation Herausforderungen anzunehmen sowie Verantwortung zu übernehmen
- empathischem und professionellem Auftreten, mit einem sicheren Urteilsvermögen
- hoher sozialer Kompetenz und Gespür für Diskretion im Zusammenhang mit vertraulichen Personalthemen

Kollektivvertragliches Jahresbruttogehalt ab € 47.000,-. Das tatsächliche Gehalt liegt darüber und wird je nach Qualifikation individuell vereinbart.
