Who you are

- You are a Business Accountant or Internal Auditor and will be responsible for paying processes, reviewing billing processes, which will include supplier onboarding, accounting, statutory reporting for R2R, invoicing etc.
- You will be required to map and understand the existing processes with a view of then re-engineering/developing new processes and

implementing them.
- You have ideally first experience of process improvement or a transformation process.
- You are analytical and will be a strong ambassador for the new ways of working within the Business Operations Transformation.
- You have strong communication skills, are good at creating networks and trustful relationships.
- You will take the lead in end-user training as well as providing support at go-live.

**Your responsibilities**

In this role you will lead the operational and organizational readiness work, monitor country activities and reporting.
- Be informed and involved in future state system functionality and process discussion. Provide input on local requirements and local ways of

working as part of fit-gap assessment
- Secure country input to functional design and process design needed to close country specific requirements
- Provide general feedback and input on required localization of training material
- Deliver end-user training
- Participate in End-2-End testing and User Acceptance Testing and provide first level input on solution acceptance
- Support data cleansing, validate data migration and support business cutover
- Provide end user support and own local procedures documentation update
- Support Change Impact - Action Plan management as well as the SAP roles mapping to the end users.

We are looking for 2 specialists for the following end-to-end processes:

- 1 FTE - Record to Report (R2R) focusing on statutory reporting, invoicing.
- 1 FTE - Order to cash (O2C) focusing on Order fulfilment (all kind of supply chain processes), sales and returns capture, sales audit, payment reconciliation.

What else is important to know:

- For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from monthly € 2.643;
- on fulltime base with an all-in-contract. We are

willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification.
- It will be a limited contract until end of August 2024.
- Hybrid workplace between IKEA Vösendorf (Service Office) and Home Office.
