**Establish a People function from scratch**, ensuring it can support and scale with NXAI's anticipated growth (expected to exceed 100 people by 2026).
- Demonstrate a **hands-on** approach, ready to tackle tasks related to People Operations, Talent Acquisition, or People Experience as needed. Please note, there is currently no support system in place.
- Maintain clear strategic goals for the long-term establishment of a professional organization.
- Ability to **serve as a facilitator** between different ambitions and cultures of employee types (research, business)
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- **Nurture a positive working environment.**

**90 days - Success Criteria**
- ** Establish the foundation for the People function** to support and scale with the company's growth.
- Develop an initial strategy for talent acquisition, focusing on attracting the right talent for the company. Hire 80% of the early key hires.
- Set up a basic system for People Operations and People Experience, ready to handle tasks as needed.
- Foster a positive working environment from the onset.

**180 days - Success Criteria**
- **Create a NXAI identity** that is lived by clear and indisputable values
- **Enhance the talent acquisition strategy**, focusing on both quantity and quality of hires.
- Refine and improve the foundational People function, ensuring it's prepared for the anticipated growth.
- **Improve the systems** for People Operations and People Experience, making sure they're efficient and effective.
- Transition to a fully** inhoused people function** is finished
- Has **extensive experience** in establishing and scaling People functions in fast-growing organizations.
- Demonstrates a hands-on approach and is capable of tackling diverse tasks related to People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People Experience.
- Has a **strategic mindset** and is capable of setting clear, long-term goals for the establishment of a professional organization.
- Possesses strong facilitation skills and is capable of bridging different ambitions and cultures of employee types.
- Has proven experience in managing employee relations and creating a positive working environment.
