Your new responsibilities
- In this role you will be responsible for the overall project administration and management support of European Subsidies Programs such as Horizon Europe, KDT and similar projects in the ICT/Photonics/Sensor Domains
- You can actively contribute to the preparation of other project proposals in close cooperation with technical project team, if and when required
- Communicate with international project partners, prepare and process technical and financial reports, monitor project progress
- In project proposals preparation, monitor suitable European R&D&I funding schemes
- Collect information from partners, processing in written inputs and background documents
- Own the complete preparation and writing of respective parts of proposals and bring structure to these
- Maintain and update project websites with information regarding teleconferences/project meetings/workshops/conferences

What we look for
- Master degree in technical field (or long-term experience in semiconductor field)
- 3+ years of experience with project administration, management or innovation projects
- Unique and profound knowledge of European public R&D funding environment (Horizon Europe, German and Austrian Schemes are an advantage)
- Writing skills
- Fluent in English and German (both verbally and in written)
- Good computer literacy and skills
- Strong communication (both oral and written in formal and informal situations)
- Presentation and organizational skills
- Target and deadline oriented
- Responsibility, flexibility, ability to work both in team and independently
- Ability to work in multinational environment
- Knowledge of European semiconductor landscape
