Job Description: ESD Expert (freelance/Partime)

**Tasks**:

- Conduct a comprehensive review of IC products concerning ESD protection and provide recommendations for improvement
- Consult and advise the development engineers in charge of product design
- Analyze ESD test results and derive changes necessary for tape out
- Access schematics and layout with Cadence Virtuoso for analysis and understanding

**Qualifications**:

- Extensive experience and in-depth knowledge as an ESD expert
- Experience with Global Foundries 22nm FDSOI technology
- Ability to work in a team, have direct communication with subsystem leads, top lead, and one layouter
- Proficient in English language skills
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer
