Tool Owner

**Location: Austria, Brunn/Gebirge**:
**We are seeking a technically inclined, self-motivated, and diligent Tool Owner for our 301 ALPHA Tool in the Research & Development department. If you thrive on the challenge of managing complex technical equipment and ensuring its optimal operation, this opportunity is for you. Join us to lead the way in advanced tool management.**

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Independently execute and document experiments and new processes.
- Continuously optimize electron optics based on experimental data.
- Assist in acceptance testing of new software and hardware components for multi-beam lithography equipment.
- Support service activities on the device.
- Aid in planning personnel to ensure smooth tool operation.

**Your Qualifications**:

- University degree in a relevant field (e.g., physics, electrical engineering, process engineering)
- Knowledge of vacuum systems, electronics, measurement technology, and mechanics
- Excellent written and spoken English skills
- Knowledge of Linux (advantageous)
- Experience in project management (advantageous)
- Strong communication and social skills
- Experience working in cleanroom environments (advantageous)
- Careful, precise, and structured approach to work with a hands-on mentality
- Enjoyment of varied work and a passion for solving challenging problems
- Independent and self-motivated work style
