Für unseren Standort in Wien 1140 suchen wir eine/n Assistent/In Marketing & Sales/ Commercial Coordinator, die/der Teil von unserem dynamischen und innovativen Team sein wird. In dieser Funktion berichten Sie direkt an den Business Unit Head. Wir bieten ein flexibles und hybrides Arbeitsmodell an (#LI-Hybrid).

**Hauptaufgaben**
- Koordination von Aktivitäten zur Erarbeitung und Implementierung der Marketing-Konzepte
- Organisation von Meetings, Veranstaltungen und Kongressen
- Koordination verschiedener Aktivitäten mit Agenturen, Verlagen und Druckereien
- Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams und externen PartnernCRM Einträge (HCP Invitation, Contracting): Veranstaltungen anlegen, ABAC und CV Management, IST-Kosten & Rechnungen, Management von Transparency in Zusammenhang mit Veranstaltungen, SAP Purchase Requistions (POs) erstellen und tracken
- Management und Verwaltung von Verträgen: Management von Vertragsvorlagen, Abstimmung mit Medical/Legal, Tracking der Unterschriften und Timelines, enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Quality, Transparency & Compliance Specialist
- Veranstaltungsmanagement: Organisation von Kongressen, Symposien und anderen Ärzte-Veranstaltung, Organisation von internen Company Events & Sales Tagungen, Koordination mit Standbauern, externen Caterern, und anderen Lieferanten
- Office Management: Bedienung des Zentraltelefons, Vertretung im Bereich Fuhrpark-Mgmt, Office Bestellabwicklung

**Ihr Profil**
- BHS Matura (HAK oder HBLA)
- Assistenzerfahrung
- Erfahrung im Betreuen eines CRM Systems - Erfahrung im Umgang mit internen IT Systemen (SAP, CRM, ERP, o.ä.)
- Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch
- Sehr gute EDV Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete organisatorische Fähigkeiten
- Durchsetzungsvermögen

**Bevorzugte Qualifikationen**
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
- Erfahrung in der pharmazeutischen Branche
