**Job Description**:

The Product Manager for Betting at Entain is responsible for leading the strategy, development, and management of casino game offerings across the DACH region. This role focuses on enhancing user experience by designing intuitive and engaging interfaces and integrating customer feedback into product development to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
The manager conducts extensive market research to stay updated on industry trends and customer preferences, enabling them to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation within the gaming segment, and collaborates with marketing and technical teams to conduct product launches and ongoing enhancements.
**What you'll do**
- _Oversee the strategy and development of slots game offerings, ensuring they meet the market demands and compliance standards of the DACH region. _
- _Analyze user data and market trends to identify opportunities for new features and innovations in the casino segment. _
- _Work closely with the UX/UI design team to ensure the casino games are user-friendly and meet the high standards of customer experience. _
- _Manage relationships with software providers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of new games and features. _
- _Coordinate with customer support and technical teams to resolve any product-related issues and improve overall service quality. _
- _Stay abreast of technological advancements and competitive offerings to keep Entain at the forefront of digital gaming. _
- _Pilot innovative projects and manage the roll-out of successful prototypes to broader markets. _
- _Foster a culture of innovation within the product team, encouraging new ideas and approaches to product development and customer engagement.**Qualifications**:
- Deep Knowledge of the Gaming Industry: Understanding of the specific market dynamics and customer preferences in sports betting, casino games, and digital gaming.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Ability to develop and implement effective product strategies that align with the overall business objectives.
- Analytical and Decision-Making Skills: Competence in analyzing market data, user feedback, and financial reports to make informed decisions.
- Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership skills to guide cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Innovative Thinking: Capability to drive innovation within the product space, continuously improving and adapting product offerings."
