For our Product Servicing team based in Klaus (Vorarlberg, Austria) we are currently looking for a
**Portfolio Manager for hardware-related services, 70-100% (f/m/x)**:
OMICRON offers many different hardware-related services accompanying its main hardware products. These services range from calibration and repair to hardware reconditioning and recycling of test sets. As we see these services also as products and to enhance our value proposition toward our customers in the area of hardware-related services, we are looking for a Portfolio Manager that manages and develops these service products.
**What's it all about?**
- You actively explore, surface, and document worldwide customer and market needs in the area of hardware-related services such as calibrations, repairs, and device rentals
- You manage the life cycle of our global hardware-related service products and you work closely together with our Product Managers
- You translate customer requirements into a strategic roadmap and thus actively contribute to strategic decisions
- You promote our service offering internationally within and outside of our organization

- You have an education or experience in Product Management or Product Marketing
- You are not only passionate about technology, but also about the commercial and marketing aspects which lead to a successful business
- You have an innovative, entrepreneurial attitude and always search for new ways to do things better
- You have an excellent command of English, and you enjoy traveling internationally (up to 20%)
