**Your responsibilities**:

- Coordination and participation in CRM projects
- Identification of optimisation potentials and initiation of improvement measures in CRM (lead, account, contact, opportunity and activity management)
- Continuous communication with contacts in various sales organisations and other departments
- Coordination of the interface between departmental requirements and implementation (IT)
- Change management as well as training and education of CRM users

**Your background**:

- Solid commercial or technical background (HAK, FH, UNI or comparable).
- Experience in working with CRM systems and/or in technical B2B sales
- Basic knowledge of CRM relevant processes (e.g. management of prospects, customer master data, contacts, sales activities and generation of sales statistics)
- Experience in project and change management in an international environment is an advantage
- IT affinity and basic understanding of the functionality and interrelationships in IT system landscapes (SAP/ERP, CRM, quoting)
- Good English skills
- Talent and enjoyment in communicating with different stakeholders and cultures
- Hands-on mentality and motivation to continuously drive improvements
