**Company Description**:
**Are you passionate about finance topics, interested in monitoring the developments in the Beverage Business (Volume, P&L, BS & CF) and in contributing to the profitable and cash-conscious development of the Beverage Business at Red Bull?**
As a Beverage Controller, you’ll continuously drive the development of our reporting capabilities to meet the business needs.
You'll be in close cooperation with other Controlling teams (Sales, Operations, Marketing, Group), the Treasury Department, and the Area Finance Management for the Beverage Business.
**Planning**
- Perform assigned planning checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Review the latest master data changes implementation into our working files. Ensure our working files are up-to-date and error-free.
- Collaboratively prepare error-free business plan review packages.
- Support preparation of business plan and revised estimate management letters for indirect costs and other income/expense.
- Work collaboratively with the Global Beverage Controller in the strategic alignment process, including (but not limited to) preparation of files, participation in meetings, tracking changes throughout the process, and preparation of analysis/presentation.
- Partner with finance professionals in our regions/countries.
**Month End & Year End Closing & Analysis**
- Act as a stand-in for the month/year-end closing for Red Bull GmbH (SAP/HFM CO closing).
- Prepare on-time and error-free month-end closing presentation/analysis including insightful comments on Volume, P&L, BS&CF, and latest estimate development.
- Participate, present, and contribute to the month-end close and latest estimate review meetings.
**Projects & Ad Hoc Requests**
- Prepare ad hoc analysis, presentations, simulations when and where needed.
- Gain deep insights, as well as understand the global picture, by analyzing and visualizing data.
- Various projects in the area of indirect costs, benchmarking analysis etc.
**Systems & Global tools**
- Establish a profound understanding of Red Bull processes and system landscape.
- Maintain, improve, develop, test, and train existing and new coming reports, tools, and Excel working files.
- Get an in-depth understanding of the calculations and logic implemented in the key reporting files, systems, and tools.
- Constant optimization of processes, ways of working, and tools to allow more time for business analysis, including meetings with other (technical) departments to discuss possible solutions.
- Increase global beverage controlling know-how via finance academies.
**Qualifications**:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Finance as a (Junior) Controller, Financial Analyst or similar
University Degree in Finance/Business Administration/Controlling
Strong English skills, German is an advantage
IT literate, excellent MS Excel knowledge (in best case VBA/Macros), familiarity with SAP R/3, SAP BI, and Hyperion of advantage
Strong analytical and numerical skills with a strong disposition towards accuracy and a great eye for detail
Good communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work under pressure in a fast-paced team environment
Flexible, open-minded and a team player
**Additional Information**:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2041 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
