**Job Description**:
As a Senior Graphic Designer you will be responsible for leading the design and execution of global brand initiatives across multiple channels, including print, digital and experiential. You will work closely with our creative team to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence across all areas.
- Support and sometimes lead the creative implementation of innovative graphic projects digital and printing formats.
- Understand and communicate DO & CO retail brand and products following its identity.
- Collaborate with the graphic design team to create and deploy visual materials for in-store and online campaigns.
- Occasionally provide design support for other creative projects within the DO & CO.
- Coordinate and support the redesign process for packaging across DO & CO retail market products.
- Manage and mentor junior designers to ensure creative excellence and development.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on brand design.
- Previous experience working with well-known and/or global brands.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience leading and managing design projects and teams.
- Excellent communication skills in English and German.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of the hospitality and/or food industry is a plus.
