As a Sales Controller, you will be a part of the global B&R sales controlling organization with the primary role to support the global sales network to achieve business, growth and profitability goals. You will define and provide consistent sales reporting and active financial analytics to sales leadership roles, support local sales organizations to achieve given targets and you will actively support and drive a continues digitalization of sales reporting services.

- Perform revenue, margin and cost controlling of sales network organizations
- Perform regular and ad-hoc sales reporting and profitability analysis (focusing on geographies, industries, customers)
- Preparation of business review meetings with sales leadership roles including activity monitoring
- Perform business case calculation and assessment
- Coordinate the global forecasting and budgeting process for the global sales network
- Monitor strategic initiative implementation within the sales network (global and regional)
- Support (or lead) the design and implementation of a new Sales KPI framework
- Support (or lead) the digitalization of sales controlling services (e.g. Datawarehouse and PowerBI)
- Actively trigger, participate, and support improvement projects to ensure consistent reporting and data quality
- Act as business and sparring partner for sales leadership roles and global sales network organizations
- Your background
- At least 3 years of relevant work experience, ideally as a (Sales) Controller in an industrial and/or international environment
- Broad functional controlling knowledge and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional international teams
- Very good IT skills, experienced in the use of SAP and best case integrated business analysis tools (e.g. SAP - SD, CO-PA / SAP-BW / PowerBI), excellent MS Excel skills
- Self-motivated, self-reliant, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail, accuracy and the ability to multitask
- Result and performance oriented

In order to comply with legal regulations, we refer to the minimum salary of the collective agreement of the electrical and electronics industry in the amount of € 3,398.14 gross/month. There is a clear willingness to overpay, depending on qualifications and experience.
